The Executive Director of Mufindi District Council wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are scheduled to take place on 15–16 September 2025. Successful candidates from these interviews will later be assigned to their respective duty stations.
All candidates who have been shortlisted for interviews are required to observe the following instructions:
Important Instructions
- The interviews will be conducted on the dates and at the venues indicated for each position.
- Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.
- Candidates must bring valid identification for verification. Accepted forms of ID include:
- Resident Identity Card
- Voter’s Card
- Work Identity Card
- National ID or Passport
- Driver’s License
- Introduction letter from Village/Mtaa Executive Officer
- All candidates must present their original certificates, starting from Birth Certificate, Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree and above, depending on their qualifications.
- Testimonials, Provisional Results, and Result Slips (Form IV & VI) will not be accepted, and candidates presenting them will be disqualified.
- Candidates will cover their own transport, meals, and accommodation.
- Each candidate must attend at the specific date, time, and venue allocated to them.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are validated and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- For professions that require registration with professional boards, candidates must bring their registration certificates and valid licenses.
- Candidates must log in to their accounts and print their examination numbers before the interview day, as they will not be issued on site.
- The weather in Mufindi District is generally cold. Candidates are advised to wear clothing suitable for cold conditions.
- Applicants whose names do not appear on this notice should consider themselves unsuccessful but are encouraged to reapply when new vacancies are announced.
