The Executive Director of Mtwara District Council wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews will be conducted on 9th and 10th September 2025. Successful candidates will later be assigned to their duty stations.
Important Instructions for Candidates
All shortlisted candidates are required to carefully observe the following:

Interviews will be conducted on the dates, times, and venues indicated in this notice.

Every candidate must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask.

Candidates must present a valid form of identification. Accepted IDs include:

Resident ID

Voter’s ID

National ID

Passport

Candidates must bring their original certificates, including: Birth Certificate, O-level, A-level, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or higher, depending on their qualifications.

Testimonials, Provisional Results, and Result Slips (Form IV & VI) will not be accepted. Candidates presenting them will not be allowed to continue with the interview.

All expenses for meals, transport, and accommodation are the responsibility of the candidate.

Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified by relevant authorities (TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).

Applicants whose names are not listed in this notice did not meet the requirements and are encouraged to reapply in future vacancies.

Candidates in professions that require registration with a professional board must bring their original registration certificates and valid licenses.

All candidates must log into their accounts beforehand to copy their examination numbers, as these will not be provided at the venue.

Candidates are advised to dress appropriately for the hot weather conditions of Mtwara.

Candidates whose names differ across their documents must bring a registered Deed Poll from the Ministry of Lands as proof of legal name change.
