Established in 1933 as Tanganyika Breweries, we are a proud member of the AB InBev Group of companies, the largest brewer in the world. We operate breweries in Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza and Mbeya, a distillery in Dar es Salaam, a malting plant in Moshi Kilimanjaro and eight depots across the country.
Our principal activities are the production, distribution and sale of malt beer, non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic fruit beverages (AFB’s) in Tanzania.
We distribute our products throughout the country and export to neighbouring countries. We also have a controlling interest in Tanzania Distilleries Limited, a spirituous liquor company that is situated in Dar es Salaam.
