1. DRIVER II – 8 Positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting the vehicle before and after trips for safety.
- Transporting staff to various official assignments.
- Performing minor vehicle repairs.
- Collecting and delivering various official documents.
- Filling and maintaining the vehicle logbook.
- Ensuring vehicle cleanliness.
- Carrying out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed Form IV or Form VI.
- Valid driving license Class E or C.
- At least 1 year of experience without causing accidents.
- Attended Basic Driving Course from VETA or another government-recognized institution.
Salary Scale: TGS B1
2. OFFICE MANAGEMENT SECRETARY II – 9 Positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing letters, reports, and both regular and confidential documents.
- Receiving visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Managing the schedules, meetings, and appointments of the supervisor.
- Locating and organizing relevant documents and files.
- Receiving and distributing files to the appropriate officers/departments.
- Filing and returning documents to the proper storage locations.
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Preparing office supply requisitions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed Form IV or Form VI.
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies or NTA Level 6 Certificate.
- Passed shorthand typing in Swahili and English (80 wpm).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email, and Publisher.
Salary Scale: TGS C1
3. RECORDS ASSISTANT II – 5 Positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Distributing and collecting files to and from officers.
- Returning files to shelves/cabinets or designated storage.
- Tracking file movements within the institution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed Form IV or Form VI.
- Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a government-recognized institution.
- Basic computer literacy.
Salary Scale: TGS C1
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
