Prerequisites for Registration Before registering, ensure you meet the following requirements:
Applicant Requirements:
Eligibility:
- Must be a citizen of Tanzania by birth.
- Must have completed Ordinary level or Advanced level education between 2018 and 2023.
- Applicants with Ordinary level, Advanced level, and Diploma qualifications must be between 18 and 25 years old.
- Ordinary level applicants must have grades ranging from Division I to IV. Applicants with Division IV must have scores between 26 to 28 points.
- Advanced level applicants must have grades ranging from Division I to III.
- Bachelor’s and Diploma graduates must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- Must be at least 5 feet 8 inches tall for males and 5 feet 4 inches tall for females.
- Must possess a national identification card or identification number from the National Identification Authority (NIDA).
- Must be proficient in both Swahili and English languages.
- Must have sound physical and mental health confirmed by a Government medical officer.
- Must be unmarried and without children.
- Must not have a history of drug abuse.
- Must be willing to attend initial police training.
- Must not be currently employed or have previously been employed by any Government institution.
- Must be willing to work anywhere in Tanzania.
- Must be prepared to cover all expenses related to the recruitment process if called for assessment.
- Must not have any body tattoos.
- Must not have a criminal record.
