The Executive Director of Kongwa District Council wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews will be conducted from 17th to 18th September 2025. Successful candidates will be assigned to their respective duty stations after the process.
Important Instructions for Candidates
All applicants shortlisted for the interview must carefully observe the following:
- Interviews will be held on the dates specified in this notice, at the times and venues indicated for each category.
- Every candidate must arrive at the venue wearing a face mask.
- Each candidate must present a valid form of identification. Accepted IDs include:
- Resident ID
- Voter’s ID
- Employment ID
- National ID
- Passport
- Candidates must bring their original certificates, starting from birth certificate, O-level, A-level, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or higher—depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
- Testimonials, provisional results, result slips (Form IV & Form VI) will NOT be accepted, and candidates presenting them will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
- All expenses for meals, transport, and accommodation are the responsibility of the candidate.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTE, or NECTA).
- Applicants whose names are not listed in this notice should understand they did not meet the requirements. They are encouraged to reapply in future whenever new vacancies are announced.
- For professions that require registration with a professional board, candidates must bring their original registration certificates and valid licenses.
- All shortlisted candidates must log into their accounts to copy their examination numbers beforehand, as these will not be provided at the venue.
- Candidates with differences in names across their documents must bring a registered Deed Poll from the Ministry of Lands as proof of legal name change.
- Candidates applying for the Driver II position with Class E or C licenses must also present their official driving training certificates. Without these, they will not be allowed to sit for the interview.
