The Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) wishes to inform candidates who successfully passed the screening examination and have been SELECTED that practical and oral interviews are scheduled to take place from 2nd May, 2025 to 14th May, 2025. Successful candidates from these interviews will subsequently be employed. Candidates are required to adhere to the following instructions:
Important Instructions for Candidates:
i. Identification:
Each candidate must present a valid identification document for verification. Accepted IDs include:
- National ID (NIDA)
- Resident ID
- Voter’s ID
- Driving License
- Passport
- Introduction Letter from the local government office (Mtaa).
Note: IDs other than those listed above will not be accepted.
ii. Original Certificates:
Candidates must bring their original certificates, including:
- Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV)
- Certificate of Advanced Secondary Education (Form VI)
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and any other relevant qualifications as per the job requirements.
iii. Disallowed Documents:
Candidates presenting the following will not be accepted and will not proceed with the interviews:
- Testimonials
- Provisional Results
- Statements of Results
- Form IV and Form VI Result Slips
iv. Personal Expenses:
Each candidate is responsible for their own meals, transport, and accommodation.
v. Interview Schedule Compliance:
Candidates must strictly adhere to the scheduled date, time, and location assigned to them.
Arrival time: 7:00 AM sharp.
vi. Certificate Verification for Overseas Studies:
Candidates who studied outside Tanzania must ensure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA).
vii. Professional Registration (where applicable):
For professions that require registration with a professional board, candidates must bring their original Registration Certificates and Work Licenses.
viii. Prohibited Items:
Candidates are NOT allowed to bring mobile phones, watches, or any electronic devices into the interview premises.
